Our process
Designing and producing marketing material is a process, and we don’t miss any stages. Whether it’s a small job or a longer marketing project, every client is as important as the next, so we follow the same five steps every time. It keeps our quality and creativity consistent.
From first chat to aftercare.
Agree1
We agree on the brief and confirm the budget. A job that sounds simple to you might prove to be a lot more complicated to achieve. All your questions need to be answered at this stage.
Research2
We need to research the project, look back into the history of the client and confirm the chosen direction.
Create3
At this stage we develop the ideas, come up with new ideas and craft the final solution.
Approve4
After various iterations the final project is approved and signed off by you.
Support5
No project is ever fully complete. It’s important to us that you’re totally satisfied with our work. We encourage feedback and plan for the success of the project. This could be through further work or simply through careful aftercare and customer support.
What the process feels like.
We knew we wanted to modernise the company for the 21st century and CO2 Design seemed to be the right fit for us. They make you feel part of the team, listen, go away and come back with creative solutions without making a song and dance about it. Whether it’s a straightforward stationery request or a more in depth signage system they have the experience to handle any project from the initial briefing to the final deliver.
It was a pleasure and a delight to work on the rebranding of the Accord Hospice with CO2 Design. Not an easy project, it took more than two years to get from the initial ideas to implementation, then it had to be rolled out across 30 stores, 12 vans and many other items, not to mention the Hospice itself! CO2 stuck with us all the way from board meetings to focus groups, listened to everyone’s opinion, gave advice and came up with what we think is a fantastic new image.
CO2 Design have the personal touch – they listened to what I wanted, made any changes quickly and accurately, and supplied quality materials on time. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending them.
